It takes from 45 mins up to 1 hour depending on the fitness level you have. I will complete an analysis of your fitness, from which i will create a specific programme for you. All you need to do is book up for an assessment.
I am aware that some of the tests may seem a little daunting. As a personal trainer I will endeavour to make you feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible, then i will discuss the assessment report with you, I will go through all aspects of the fitness assessment with you.
If you decide to book a one to one personal training package (based on the results of the assessment) we can arrange it on the same day. A deposit of £25 will be required, I will then design the appropriate program.
Why have a Fitness Assessment?
If you are a regular client and have trained with me for some time and you want to re-evaluate your personal training programme or if you are new to the world of exercise and you wish to set yourself goals and objectives, the Fitness Assessment Unit is for you.
By having a Fitness Assessment I will be able to provide you with a Fitness Training programme specific to you, from the results of the assessment we will establish your current level of fitness, identify any areas for improvement and any way in which you can excell and therefore need to maintain. The Programme given to you will be specific to your needs, this will enable you to train more efficiently, You will then make the most out of your Fitness Training. to add text, images, and other content
